• To provide a foundation for specialist ISEB modular certificates in the areas of Business Analysis, IS Consultancy and Business Change, as well as for the higher level

ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis:

• To provide a foundation for specialist ISEB certificates in other disciplines, including Project Managers and System Developers
• BCS Business Analysis study guide and delegate pack
• ISEB Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis examination and certificate (subject to passing the exam)
• Tea & coffee refreshments

Pre-requisite:

• A general understanding of the IT environment is recommended
• No formal qualifications required
